Winter
Played during winter from April to September. It consists of two contact divisions, Premier A and Premier Reserve and two non-contact divisions, Premier C1 and Premier C2. Sharks Ice Hockey Club have one team in each of the four divisions.

Summer
Summer League, is played between October and March each year. Sharks Ice Hockey club has six teams entered into the summer competition. Last season Sharks took the Premiership Cups in 2 of the 4 Divisions (Div 1 – Sharks and Div 4 – Bullsharks).
